Kami adalah green consulting company di Wangsa Melawati yg telah beroperasi selama 15 tahun, mempunyai kekosongan jawatan sebagai General Office Admin. Bas ke LRT Wangsa Maju / Sri Rampai 5 mins. Waktu pejabat Isnin-Jumaat. 


TUGASAN: 

1) General office upkeep - answering phone calls, stationary, pantry etc; 
2) Filing - safe-keeping of documents, softcopy or hardcopy, into organised file (cabinet/harddisk); 
3) HR - Leave application, assist payroll preparation, KWSP; 
4) Accounts - Assist in preparing payment for monthly general expenses to supplier, assist in preparing invoice to customer & invoice/voucher filing; 
5) Documentation - Assist consultants in preparing report / letters; 
6) Support - Assist in the needs of consultants or customers; 
7) Lain2 tugasan am pejabat; 

KELAYAKAN: 

o Perempuan & berkebolehan berkomunikasi; 
o Mempunyai pengalaman kerja berkaitan; 
o Diploma/Degree; 
o Computer: Word, Exel, Powerpoint; 
o Language: Bahasa, English;
